Michael is a passionate, results-driven Project Management Leader and Project Executive Coach with a proven track record of developing people, aligning teams, managing change and creating sustainable internal capability, thus increasing value and return on capital investment. He guides business owners and corporate leaders away from the present confusion and chaos to assist them in organizing and simplifying their projects, their companies and their lives, and to bring back the order and joy they have lost somewhere in their professional journey.

His credentials include being a licensed Master NLP Coach, a certified Corporate and Executive Leadership Coach, and holder of the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. He is an International Speaker, and University Lecturer, sharing his extensive practical expertise in Project Management and Leadership with audiences worldwide and students of prominent Universities.

With over 40 years’ experience spanning the USA, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, and Australia in coaching and executive roles, Michael has developed successful Project Executives and has created “project management cultures” for major companies and megaprojects around the world. His expertise lies in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering and Construction fields and his extensive knowledge along with his cultural sensitivity, people and communication skills sees him highly sought after in all industries.

In a recent move, and due to the current downturn in global business, Michael has also launched his Business Rebuild & Recovery Program (REBUILD); leveraging on his extensive expertise in managing and recovering troubled projects and companies around the world, REBUILD enables failing companies to quickly recover, rebuild, and prosper again, through a systematic and proven approach which combines Project Management best practices and Business Recovery practices.

Working with expert affiliate consultants, the REBUILD program identifies alternate ways to produce the same (or better) products or services, cheaper and faster; the best ways to plan for and respond to risks and threats; ways to get a company’s finances back on track and stable; how to establish effective virtual teams, and virtually communicate with employees and customers; and how to build a Business Continuity Plan to be well prepared beyond this current crisis.

In his private time Michael loves to coach soccer, scuba diving, enjoy good conversations with friends, and continuously learn and grow.
